–This basic self defense class is reality/situational based and will educate you to be able to break free and escape to safety.
Participants will learn to recognize a potential threat, neutralize the situation or assailant, and escape.
What you will learn:
Self confidence
Personal and situational awareness for today’s climate
How to stay vigilant
Who are your potential attackers
Where might your attacker come from
What personal defense weapons you can carry
What you can do to escape unharmed
